Seed stage

Travel planning service Utrip raised $750,000 in a seed funding round led by Matthew Upchurch and CB Alliance.

Estonian taxi company Taxify closed a $100,000 seed round from angel investors including Märt Kelder, Martin Villig, Andrus Purde, Toomas Bergmann and Mikko Silventola.

Social loyalty framework LoyaltyLion raised a $370,000 seed round led EC1 Capital. Jan Boluminski, Tim Jackson and Paul Burmester also participated.

XAPPmedia, a provider of the first interactive audio advertising service, raised $3 million in seed funding from private investors.

Everplans, which helps people control their documents and information in case of their death, closed$2.075 million in second round seed funding from Scout Ventures, David McCabe, and Mark Seelig.

Yik Yak, a social messaging app for hyper-local engagements, secured $1.5 million from Vaizra Investments, DCM, Azure Capital Partners and several other angels.

Avaz, a speech therapy app for autistic children, raised $550,000 in seed funding led by Inventus Capital and Mumbai Angels. Rajan Anandan and Raju Reddy also participated. 

Frrole, a provider of data intelligence solutions for the media, entertainment and consumer verticals, raised $245,000 in Angel funding from investors including Sharad Sharma, Rajan Anandan and Manav Garg. 

Crate Data, an open source data store for developers, received $1.5 million in funding from Sunstone and DFJ Espirit.

Stitch, a mobile productivity platform, raised $3.25 million in seed funding from Google Ventures, SoftTech, Freestyle Capital, Foundation Capital, ENIAC Ventures and angels including Brad Garlinghouse, Tom Conrad, and Eric Hahn.

CBTec, maker of online education platform Eliademy, raised an undisclosed amount of funding from firmInventure.

Virtual reality interface Virtuix Omni raised $3 million in seed round funding from investors including Tekton Ventures, Scentan Ventures, Radical Investments, Maveron, Scout Ventures, StartCaps Ventures, and a group of private investors. 

Talixo, a German taxi app startup, raised an undisclosed amount of funding from Investment Bank of Berlin, Matthew Witt and an unnamed private investor. 

 

Early stage

CorvisaCloud, a cloud-based communications provider, raised $30 million from its parent company Novation Companies.

 

Social learning platform Declara raised $16 million in Series A financing in a round led by GSV Capital, with Data Collective, Founders Fund and Catamount Ventures also participating.

AgLocal, an e-commerce platform for buying and selling meat, raised $1.3 million in a round led by Chicago Ventures, with participation from Sam Yagan, Bob Trahan and all other prior investors. 

Piqora, a marketing and analytics business for visual social networks, closed a $7.7 million Series A round led by DFJ. Freestyle Capital, Baseline Ventures, Lazerow Ventures, Firebolt Ventures and Altos Ventures also participated.

Application specific processor design tool and IP provider Codasip raised $2.8 million, led by Credo Ventures, along with multiple private investors.

Owlet, the creator of a wireless iPhone baby breathing monitor, raised $1.85 million from multiple firms including ff Venture Capital and Eniac Ventures.

Real estate marketing platform Placester raised $5.5 million in Series A funding. Romulus Capital led the round with participation from investors that included Angel Street Capital and David Cohen.

APX Labs, the maker of a software platform for smart glasses, raised a $10 million Series A round led by New Enterprise Associates.

Carmudi, an online car classified listings platform, raised $10 million from a number of investors, including the German Tengelmann Group.

CrowdRise, an online platform supporting crowdfunding projects for charitable causes, closed a $23 million financing round led by USV. Spark Capital. Index Ventures, RatPacventure fund, CAA Ventures and United Talent Agency’s venture fund also participated. 

Security testing platform Synack raised $7.5 million in Series A funding led by Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers (KPCB), with new participation from Google Ventures, Greylock Partners, Allegis Capital, and Derek Smith.

Ondot Systems, the creator of CardControl, a white-label solution that gives consumers control over payment cards, raised $18 million from private investors.  

Tradier, a financial services cloud provider,  raised $3.1 million Series A round of financing led by Devonshire Investors, along with existing angel investors.

Secretsales.com, a UK-based  flash sales website for fashion products, raised £4.5 million in funding from Partech Ventures, 123Venture, Pentech and Doughty Hanson. The co-founders and key managers also participated.

SaaS database startup Connectivity raised $6.3 million from Greycroft Partners, Rincon Venture Partners, Daher Capital, Double M Partners, TenOneTen Ventures, Eytan Elbaz and SLP Ventures.

Cybersecurity firm HackSurfer closed $3.5 million in a funding round led by Boulder Ventures and CNF Investments.

Brandcast, which helps companies establish a consistent cross-channel Web presence, raised $1.5 million from Marc Benioff. 

 

Late stage

Subcription commerce company Birchbox raised $60 million in a Series B round led by Viking Global Capital, with help from First Round Capital, Accel Partners, Aspect Partners, Glynn Capital, Comcast Ventures, Sam Lessin, Consigliere Brand Capital, Slow Ventures, Red Swan Ventures and TriplePoint Venture Growth BDC Corp.

Retargeting platform AdRoll raised a $70 million funding round led by Foundation Capital led the round. Institutional Venture Partners, Northgate Capital, Performance Equity, Glenmede, Merus Capital, Accel Partners and Peter Thiel also participated.

Food delivery company Delivery Hero raised $85 million in a Series F round that was led by Luxor Capital Group.

Lifeline Ventures, an early-stage Finnish VC firm, closed its second fund, worth roughly $20 million. 

Website bulding platform Weebly raised $35 million in Series C funding from Sequoia Capital and Tencent Holdings.

Electric Cloud, a provider of software production management solutions, raised $4 million from Siemens' Venture Capital, US Venture Partners, Mayfield Fund, RRE Ventures and Rembrandt Venture Partners. 

FinancialForce, a cloud ERP provider on the Salesforce1 Platform, raised $50 million from funds managed by Advent International.

ShopKeep POS, a company that replaces cash registers with iPads and the cloud, raised $25 million in Series C funding led by Thayer Street Partners with Canaan Partners, Tribeca Venture Partners, TTV Capital and Contour Venture Partners participating.

Pure Storage, an all-flash enterprise storage array company, closed a $225 million Series F round from investors including T. Rowe Price Associates, Tiger Global, Wellington Management Company, Greylock Partners, Index Ventures, Redpoint Ventures, and Sutter Hill Ventures.

VC firm Merus Capital closed over $50 million in new commitments across two new funds, Merus Capital II and Merus Capital Opportunity Fund.

2Checkout, a provider of payments-as-a-service, closed on the final tranche of a $60 million investment round, led by Chicago Growth Partners and Trident Capital with participation by management and strategic individuals.

Guardant Health, a company focused on developing breakthrough diagnostic technologies to help cure cancer, raised $30 million in Series B funding led by Khosla Ventures, with Sequoia Capital and Pejman Mar Ventures participating. 

Fabless semiconductor company InVisage raised $18 million from GGV Capital, Nokia Growth Partners, RockPort Capital, InterWest Partners, Intel Capital and OnPoint Technologies.

Enterprise collaboration app Slack raised $42.75 million from The Social + Capital Partnership, with participation from Accel Partners and Andreessen Horowitz.

Enswers, a content recognition tech company, raised $2 million in funding from Samsung Ventures.

Customizing the Content
Once elements have been added to your page, customize everything just by double-clicking. Double-click a picture to upload a new one, double-click text to change it, or double-click a map to set the address. Rearrange the elements by dragging them into an new order.

Managing your Pages
Adding and organizing your website's pages is completed in the "Pages" tab. When you add new page to your website, it's automatically added to the navigation bar. Reordering pages is simple, just drag and drop them into place.
