Joseph Visconti, President, CEO and Chairman of ValueRich Inc., has extensive experience in the development and management of both public and private companies. In 1991, Mr. Visconti founded Joseph Charles & Associates, Inc. (JCA), an NASD securities firm focused on the retail brokerage business for individual and institutional clients. Under Mr. Visconti's leadership, Joseph Charles & Assoc. grew to a staff of 400 professionals spanning 10 U.S. cities and emerged as a regional leader in the funding of small cap companies.

In addition to driving the internal growth of Joseph Charles, Mr. Visconti oversaw the firm's investment banking business, which was responsible for raising a total of more than $250 million in capital for over 26 public and private companies. In November 2000, JCA closed as Mr. Visconti focused his efforts on building a multi-media platform for companies seeking to go public and/or raise capital and connect with investors. ValueRich, Inc. was founded in 2003 to provide practical solutions for public and private companies to connect with industry-related professionals. The Company has since introduced a number of cutting-edge on- and off-line media-based properties including iValueRich.com, WallStreetHDTV.com, ValueRich magazine and ValueRich Small-cap Financial Expos. In August 2007, ValueRich, Inc. went public on the American Stock Exchange under symbol IVA.
