Trusted Sports is motivating kids to thrive in life through sports by inspiring, educating and uniting young athletes, parents and coaches.
Trusted Sports, Inc. ("TSI"), located in Bend, Oregon, is a mission-based early stage company founded by a group of seasoned executives, parents, and athletes with a goal to lead a movement to dramatically transform and improve the experience for all participants in the youth sports world.
TSI's objective is to be the leading resource for the 170+ million youth sports participants in the United States by creating a Trusted Sports Community through an integrated online and mobile platform that monumentally improves communications, education, aggregation of information, and sharing amongst all involved in a young athlete's sports life.
The Trusted Sports Community will have content, tools, and fun applications specifically tailored for use by parents, coaches and youth athletes. Parents will be able to easily establish a secure Family Sports Community centered on their youth athlete kids and connecting with grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Coaches will be able to easily establish a secure Team Community focusing on a particular team. Youth sports forums will be available to all parents, coaches, officials, youth sports organizations ("YSOs") and others involved and interested in the youth sports arena.
TSI's unique technology provides a platform for building dynamic branded mobile and online communities. Our technologies provide the framework for building trusted communities and are combined with a set of location base services centered on trusted value oriented advertising. These capabilities, coupled with a spatially aware rules engine delivers situational and value based advertising in fun, simple to use mobile and web applications. Marketers are highly motivated to advertise on both the online and mobile components of our Trusted Sports Community as TSI will provide a quality geographically and demographically targeted avenue to reach parents, coaches and youth athletes.
TSI has a very experienced management team in place. The current team has 100+ combined years working within the Internet sector. They are experts in digital commerce, online marketing, mobile applications development, sports marketing and media production.

John Ballantine - Principal Founder
- More than 20 years of management experience in the Internet and computer sector, an industry expert renowned in eCommerce, software, and online direct marketing.
- Co-founded Online Interactive, Inc. (OLI) and served as its Executive Vice President and later as President and Chief Executive Officer. Led OLI into becoming the largest reseller in the electronic software distribution market with over 250 software publishers, including over 3,000 electronic products in less than 3 years. Executed the successful sale of OLI to MicroWarehouse, Inc.
- Served 9 years as founder and in executive management of Aptimus (formerly FreeShop.com), a direct online marketing company, leading Aptimus to a successful IPO.
- As Vice President of Softdisk Publishing, started the world's first electronic software download store and managed online shopping applications with America Online, CompuServe, Prodigy and GEnie.
Christopher "CJ" Edmonds - President & CEO
- A 17-year senior client-driven strategic executive and dynamic leader with management experience in the Internet and Wireless sectors.
- Background as a CPA with solid qualifications in all core business functions - business development, sales, support, marketing, human resources, finance and operations.
- Proven Internet experience in management positions with Internet companies such as NTT/Verio and You Networks (as a founder).

Brian Grossman - Executive Vice President
- Over 16 years of professional experience working in start-up, early stage, and advanced company businesses with innovative technologies.
- Served asDirector and General Counsel at ACT/Phoenix Materials, Inc. providing strategic guidance, establishing overseas operations, and managing investor relations.
- Served as Director Corporate Development at CDC Corporation (a Hong Kong-based NASDAQ-listed company) identifying and negotiating Asia Pacific distribution partnerships, and the acquisition of enterprise software companies.
- Co-Founder and Director of Platinum China Software over a five year period responsible for building the sales and marketing organization, legal matters, and Greater China expansion strategy; eventually orchestrated a trade sale of the company to CDC.

Mark Noblitt - Chief Technology Officer
- Proven track record with over 15 years of technology senior management and design experience in the Internet and mobile computer industries; an industry expert in building high volume and highly distributed mobile, direct marketing, and ecommerce systems.
- Served as CTO for Trusted Mobile Solutions where he was responsible for designing and building Mobile applications for Blackberry and Windows Mobile devices for secure messaging, video data collection and playback, GPS based tracking and targeting and GIS systems integrated with web based portals and SharePoint.
- Served as Director of Web Development for Celebrate Express (NASDAQ:BDAY) an $87MM per year party supply manufacturer, costume business, cataloger and ecommerce company. Responsible for designing and building the ecommerce web platforms for four integrated web sites and email properties targeting Parents and Kids.
- VP Technology of Aptimus where he designed and built a custom Microsoft based ecommerce system handling the third highest daily transactions on the web of over 400,000 orders per day (behind only Amazon and Ebay). Led technology group consisting of a staff of over 40 programmers through the IPO (NASDAQ:APTM).
Max Beeh - Vice President Sales
- An expert in consultative sales with over 15 years professional experience in sports marketing with an expertise in digital marketing.
- Proven track record with successful sales volumes forAccuWeather.com and Jumpstart Automotive Media.
- Drove sales at CarDomain.com from under $25,000 per quarter to over $1MM in a two year span, responsible for generating media revenue which enabled the company to grow from 7 people to over 50 headcount.
- Served as Sales Director for Aptimus, Inc., providing strategic sales and leadership of a 22 member sales team across the United States.
- With the Portland Trail Blazers responsible for selling corporate ticket programs andprint advertising.
- As member of the Corporate Sales team for the Seattle SuperSonics, was the top salesperson on a sales team responsible for selling out the arena for every game, two years concurrently.
John Wade - Acting CFO
- Over 20 years of experience managing financial matters for high technology companies with extensive experience in budgeting and forecasting, business information systems, international taxation, and regulatory compliance.
- Serves as Director for ITEX, a barter exchange company.

Sandy Henderson - Marketing & Communications
- A 20-year entertainment business veteran with expertise in film and video production, managing staff of over fifty people, sourcing top level sponsors, and relationships with key Hollywood studio personnel.
- Served as Executive Director of the BendFilm Festival creating the most critically acclaimed lineup in the festival's history; responsible for 100% of the non-profit's fundraising, improving funds raised by 67% over the previous year. Responsible for overseeing all facets of this festival including scheduling, public relations and marketing.

David Gawlowski - Product Development

Andre Jensen - Online Marketing
- Known as "Andre the Search Giant," an 11-year seasoned veteran in the online marketing industry with an expertise in Search Engine strategies.
- As Owner of FreelanceSEM.com, provided Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing Services as an outsource solution for overbooked SEO/SEM agencies.

Christy McLeod - Sales & Sponsorships
- Over 19 years of international business experience including marketing and communication for five Olympic Games and the early development and planning for an additional two Olympic Games.
- Served as Vice President of Marketing for the International Olympic Committee and Meridian Management (the IOC's only agency) responsible for management of the worldwide sponsorship Program (TOP) which has some of the world's largest companies as sponsors including Coke, McDonald's Visa, Panasonic, Samsung, General Electric, NBC and many more. The program was valued at over $900 million with broadcast rights at $4 billion.
- Chairperson of a strategic Olympic marketing committee of senior marketing representatives of worldwide Olympic sponsors and broadcasters that developed joint marketing initiatives and drove value from sponsorship.
- Based in Sydney, Australia established marketing programs for the Asia Pacific region of Andersen Consulting implementing expansion strategies for key consulting practices in 12 countries.
- Awarded the honor of running with the Olympic Torch leading up to the Sydney Olympic Games.
