Company description

The Founders Club is an equity exchange fund where entrepreneurs agree to invest a small percentage of their future cash exit into a fund in return for ownership in the fund and membership in the club. We operate exchange funds for VC backed entrepreneurs and for non-VC backed entrepreneurs.

Use 1-10% of the equity you own in your company to become an angel investor in 50+ deals that you otherwise could not get into.

Our members have collectively raised hundreds of millions in funding from reputable angels and leading Venture Capital funds.
