Mark Upson

President and Chief Executive Officer

Mark Upson has over 20 years experience and success in global technology sales and management. Prior to joining AdmitOne, Upson was President and CEO of PureEdge where he led the company to leadership in the business process automation space before a strategic acquisition of PureEdge by IBM.
 
Prior to PureEdge, Upson was SVP and GM, Americas for Onyx Software where he led sales growth from $2M USD to over $119M USD over a 5 year period before and after their IPO.
 
Prior to Onyx Software, Mark held senior management positions at Wall Data, a publicly-traded infrastructure software firm that grew during his tenure at more than 100% per year to revenues over $100M USD. Mark also held technical and senior sales management positions with IBM Corporation over an 11 year period.
 
Upson holds a Masters of Science in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Stanford University, and a Bachelor of Science with honors in Industrial Engineering from Virginia Tech.

 

Matthew Shanahan

Senior Vice President, Strategy

Matthew Shanahan brings AdmitOne nearly 25 years of experience in the technology industry, recently serving as Chief Marketing Officer of Teranode Corporation, where he helped to establish the company as the thought leader for informatics infrastructure in the life sciences industry. In addition to his tenure at Teranode, Shanahan was the original product manager at Documentum and spent 10 years in leadership roles until the company was acquired by EMC.
 
Prior to Documentum, Shanahan was a manager at Accenture specializing in advanced enterprise architectures for Global 500 companies.
 
Shanahan earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and an Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington.

 

Peter Horadan

Senior Vice President of Engineering and Client Services

Peter Horadan has over 15 years of expertise in software product development and management. Most recently, he served as Senior Director of R&D for Concur Technologies, where he led the team that built Concur Expense Service, which has become the world's leading on-demand corporate expense management solution, and was named WSA Service Provider of the Year, to the IDC World-Wide On-Demand Top 10, and to Business Week's Hot Growth 100.
 
Prior to Concur Technologies, Horadan led the team that created BEA WebLogic Workshop IDE, a platform which makes it dramatically easier to create enterprise applications for the Java platform.
 
Prior to BEA, Horadan was the Vice President of Product Development for Corillian Corporation, and has also held several positions at Microsoft including Product Unit Manager for Microsoft Internet Finance Server Toolkit and Lead Program Manager for the company's online banking and bill-payment strategy. In addition, he serves on the Washington Board of First Technology Credit Union and holds three US software patents.
 
Horadan holds of Bachelor of Science of Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Scout Analytics is the only subscription analytics offering on the market today.  It is extends existing web analytics data with firmographic and contract data to perform demand rating and ranking (unique capability).  Scout Analytics also provides a unique set of algorithms to identify demand indicators that are automatically sent to either marketing or sales automation workflows to monetize.  Scout Analytics is provides a quantifiable 10-15% boost on revenues from existing customers.
