The Real Estate market has been ignored by technology since the dawn of the industry; making it a prime candidate for innovative disruption. ProxBox has researched the market and interviewed hundreds of agents to come up with a set of features that alleviate the most common issues faced by Real Estate Agents. Delivering a valuable set of capabilities to agents to help them communicate and collaborate with other agents as well as deliver higher customer satisfaction resulting in fewer lost sales and increased profits.

Customer Problem

Real Estate agents spend over $3 Billion a month on marketing aids and other services to help them sell and market a home as well as promote their business as a whole. Most of these tools are outdated and fall short on expectations resulting in poor customer satisfaction. These issues and the problems that persist despite these tools equates to lost sales resulting in over $20 Billion in commissions a year lost, based on research.

The most common problems plaguing agents are that they must deal with a very large amount of paperwork and information on a daily basis. With all of this critical detail shared via email, print-outs, sell sheets, and various documents and forms. And each agent struggles to get feedback and current status from their peer agents when trying to better understand how to market the property, schedule a showing or negotiate an offer for purchase.


The ProxBox application first provides the listing agent with mobile tools to create a Property Press Kit, which contains every detail of the house in one place. With our integrations services, we sync the data to systems like MLS/Paragon, Zillow and Trulia. Once in the home, via our sensors, as buyers progress through the home room-by-room, details will be sent directly to their smartphone specifically about where they are in the house. And once the buyer team leaves the property, all the information is still available via the ProxBox app.  Additional features include the capability to capture/share notes and feedback amongst all parties, a calendaring system to schedule showings, and the ability to make an offer on the house. And lastly, we offer a unique security feature that allows agents to call for help directly from the app to provide a real sense of security while showing homes to strangers.
