PandaDoc works to solve that problem
This story all started in 2011 in Minsk, Belarus. Our co-founders Mikita Mikado and Serge Barysuik were working on expanding their first company Coding Staff. Being techie, they decided they wanted to automate the business proposal process and created Quote Roller, a SaaS to create, send, track and sign business proposals.
In two years, we have more than 10,000 sales teams from more than 100 countries using Quote Roller. Our company has evolved based on customer feedback. One thing clients consistently said was "We love Quote Roller, but it's a shame we only get to use it for quotes!"
With that in mind we created PandaDoc.
