Individual Retirement Accounts, IRA's represent about 3 trillion dollars.  Self-directed IRA's represent 2% of that figure roughly $60 Billion. Of that $60 Billion a majority is invested in real estate assets or notes.  Iravest's model is to tap into the $60 Billion by building a network of seasoned real estate brokers around the country who originate "hard money" notes. Iravest  bridges the gap between banks lending practices and "hard money" creating a new space "ira money".  Iravest is currently  interviewing Brokers for States that haven't been filled and building a database of accredited investors with self-directed IRA's.

Iravest allows Borrowers with a trust deeds/promissory notes to propose an investment directly on the website. Each note is State specific meaning the State Sponsoring Broker investigates the note, the Borrower etc... If the note is worthy of being posted on Iravest the State Sponsoring Broker allows the note to be viewed by Iravest's self-directed IRA accredited investors. If they like the investment the may review and reserve in the note. Once the note had been reserved the investor(s) is contacted and further information is provided. Only investors within the State where the note is originated my invest in the note.
