Fab was founded by serial entrepreneur Jason Goldberg in February 2011 and launched on June 9, 2011. Fab’s founders are Bradford Shellhammer, Nishith Shah and Deepa Shah. Fab’s headquarters are in New York. The company also has offices in Berlin, London and Pune.

Jason Goldberg
Fab Founder and CEO
Jason Goldberg is the founder and CEO of Fab.com.
Prior to founding Fab, Jason was Chief Product Officer at XING AG and before then he was founder and CEO at socialmedian (sold to XING AG) and Jobster. In a prior life, Jason spent 6 years working 100 hours a week for Bill Clinton in the White House.
Jason is also an investor in and Board Member at RJ Metrics. Notable prior investments: TweetDeck.
Jason is a product guy. He loves to blog, loves transparency, and loves trying to make people smile.

Bradford Shane Shellhammer
Fab Co-founder and Chief Creative Officer
Bradford Shellhammer is the co-founder and Chief Creative Officer of Fab.com.
Bradford grew up in Baltimore and currently lives in New York City. He has degrees from Goucher College and Parsons The New School for Design. Prior to founding Fab, he launched retail concepts for both Blu Dot and Design Within Reach and contributed to Sundance Channel, Full Frontal Fashion, and Dwell. His homes have been featured in The New York Times, Dwell and Time Out New York and he has been cited as a design and fashion expert in many outlets, including the Wall Street Journal.
At Fab, Bradford leads the buying teams and is responsible for finding all the products that are designed to make Fab's users smile.
Bradford owns 137 pairs of shoes and has a weakness for paisley, all things Eames, and Scandinavian electro-pop. You can read his blog at www.youngbradford.com where he writes about all the things that make him smile.
Nishith Shah,
Fab Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Nishith Shah is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Fab.com.
Nishith grew up in Vadodara, India, studied computer science at USC, Los Angeles and has now made Pune, India his home. Prior to Fab.com, he co-founded True Sparrow Systems with Deepa Shah, and socialmedian with Jason Goldberg. Whether it is software engineering or product design, Nishith is a believer in ‘form follows function’. You will find a big ‘Make Mistakes’ signage in his office.
At Fab, Nishith oversees all of the IT solutions that allow for members to be delighted when shopping on Fab online or through mobile apps.
Deepa Shah,
Fab Co-Founder and Vice President, User Experience
Deepa Shah is the co-founder and Vice President, User Experience of Fab.com.
Born and raised in Ahmedabad, India, Deepa studied architecture at Center for Environmental Planning and Technology University (CEPT). She believes design is the indispensable part of any man-made creation. She finds design inspiration from the Pols (housing) in Ahmedabad old city, Jain temple at Ranakpur, Guggenheim museum at Bilbao, and the Barcelona chair by Mies Van Der Rohe.
At Fab, Deepa is responsible for creating many of the IT solutions that allow for members to be delighted when shopping on Fab online or through mobile apps.
Beth Ferreira
Fab Chief Operating Officer
Beth Ferreira is the Chief Operating Officer of Fab.com.
Prior to joining Fab in October 2011, Beth was an operations consultant to many NYC startups you might recognize (Birchbox,Pixable, JOOR, Nestio, RedRover Networks, fundedbuy, ofakind, and postling). Before that, Beth was VP of Operations & Finance at Etsy and a member of the investment team at VC firm Flatiron Partners. She has also held positions at The Boston Consulting Group where she advised media, consumer and technology clients on critical strategic and operational challenge. Beth began her career as an investment banker at Union Bank of Switzerland. She holds a bachelors degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business. Fab.com Chief Financial Officer
David Lapter is the Chief Financial Officer of Fab.com.
Prior to joining Fab, David was the SVP Business Administration at Kit Digital, which acquired his previous company, Kick Apps, where he served as CFO. Other previous positions include CFO of CTSpace, Financial Director of BuildOnline, President and Founder of RomCap Management Srl, Associate at GRP Partners, and Senior Associate at The Pantheon Group. David attended University of Pennsylvania - Wharton School of Business.
Scott Ballantyne
Fab Chief Marketing Officer
Scott Ballantyne is the Chief Marketing Officer of Fab.com.
Prior to joining Fab in March of 2012, Scott was CMO for publicly-traded Vonage, where he served as CMO overseeing all sales, marketing and communication efforts for the telecommunications leader.
Scott has more than 20 years of experience in growing profitable businesses.
Other previous positions include SVP of Marketing at Tendril, VP of Consumer Direct at Hewlett-Packard, SVP of Marketing at T-Mobile and Senior Director of Marketing at Dell. Scott holds a BS in Physics from the University of Paisley in West Scotland.
As Fab's CMO, Scott is responsible for customer acquisition.
