EdJigsaw

EdJigsaw is an online platform that analyses family profiles – consisting of a diverse set of data designed to assess accessibility and fit – to generate customized out of school time program recommendations. It will allow families to compare programs side-by-side and make decisions based on the information that is most relevant to them, including parent reviews and ratings across various developmental metrics.

Our backgrounds are diverse, but we share a passion about improving participation in high quality and developmentally appropriate out of school time programs that foster the development of the whole child.

• Jess Morgan is currently a student at Stanford Graduate School of Business and School of Education. Prior to coming to Stanford, Jess was a consultant at McKinsey & Company where she worked for a number of for-profit, non-profit and government organizations, including many in the education sector. She also has experience in early childhood education in Australia.
• Monica Sun is currently a software engineer, having previously worked at Oracle and Intel. She graduated from MIT with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Science and Engineering and Master of Engineering in EECS. She has a passion for teaching and was involved with both MIT ESP and Stanford Splash! programs.
• Jenny Tsai is an account manager at Google, working with education clients on digital marketing and user acquisition by bridging the information gap between users and providers. She previously taught middle school in Brooklyn, New York to students with special needs. Jenny witnessed a marked change in her students’ overall development that occurred through experiences in out of school time programming, solidifying her belief in the value of casual learning. Jenny has a B.A. in Social Studies from Harvard College.
• Cameron White is a doctoral candidate at Teachers College – Columbia University, studying instructional technology and media. Previously, Cameron completed fellowships at NewSchools Venture Fund in San Francisco and E.L. Haynes Public Charter School in Washington D.C., where he worked in the Year Round Programs department. He graduated with a B.A. in Architecture from Princeton University.
