I help entrepreneurs raise money—typically between $100k and $1M dollars. During my 27-year career, I haveraised over $50 million for my own companies as well as for my clients.

My claim to fame is raising funds direct from individual investors in the $15k to $25k range. I do this by taking advantage of three regulatory exemptions allowing companies to advertise stock offerings direct to the public, bypassing the need for Angels, Banks and VentureCapitalists. (These exemptions also allow companies to safely bypass accredited investor requirements.)
