Sonoa provides analytics, management and governance solutions for APIs, feeds, and cloud services. Sonoa ServiceNet is deployed as a proxy between service providers (such as an API) and consumers (such as an enterprise application or mashup), serving as a single point of controlover service policy. Sonoa uses a network-router design that supports the high concurrency required by the Cloud with extremely low latency. It is configured and administered without writing code and available as either software, a hardware appliance or a cloud service. As a leader and innovator in the high-tech industry, Chet has spent 20years in leadership positions in innovative software and hardwarecompanies including VP of Content Management and Search Products at IBMand VP/GM for the Integration Group of BEA Systems. In addition, he wasCEO of Gluecode, an open source application server company that IBMacquired. Chet also served as a Vice President at webMethods and heldvarious positions at NeXT. Ravi is a co-founder of Sonoa Systems and was previously the SeniorVice President of Engineering at Redback Networks responsible for allof Research and Development. In Redback, Ravi also architected thesoftware of the groundbreaking SmartEdge Service Gateway, a SubscriberManagement and Edge Routing platform. Prior to Redback Networks, he wasat Cisco Systems, Inc. and was a pioneer in developing routingprotocols, packet forwarding and MPLS.
Kishorebrings over 14 years of enterprise infrastructure software and systemsintegration experience. Most recently, he was part of the BEA WorldWide Alliances and Channels team responsible for driving revenuethrough their premier GSI partner, Accenture. Prior to that, he workedas architect on various projects at a federal systems integrationcompany in the Washington DC metro. Kishore has a Masters degree inComputer Science from American University in Washington.
Scottbrings 18 years of experience in marketing and product management ofenterprise and consumer software platforms. Previously, he wasresponsible for Local and Maps products at Yahoo!. Prior to that,Scott led developer product marketing and developer relations at BEA. He has held product management positions with Escalate (acquired byGERS) and Microsoft’s Visual Studio team. He began his career inAccenture’s Telecom and Technology groups and is a graduate of the DukeEngineering and Stanford Business School.
Lisa has more than 20 years of financial management experience. Priorto starting her own consulting practice, she was the CFO forProofpoint, Inc. where she successfully raised $40M in venture fundingand guided the company to cash flow positive. As corporate controllerat Documentum, Inc. she created the financial infrastructure andsystems to prepare the company for a successful IPO in 1996. She hasalso held senior financial management positions at Banyan Systems, andShiva Corporation both of whom executed successful IPOs. Lisa earnedher CPA while serving for Ernst and Young in Boston.
Brianhas 15 years of enterprise software and internet experience. He wasthe co-founder and CEO of Swivel, a social media website and presidentand general manager of Grand Central Communications, a web servicesnetwork. He has been director of marketing at BEA Systems and asoftware engineer at Arbortext and IBM. Brian graduated from theUniversity of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 1998 with a B.S. in Physics.
