Each privately branded business web page easily supports the upload of video, pictures, logos, online service requests and management as well as a dynamic text editor to create attractive business overviews. The site also provides listed businesses access to premium "Pay-Per-Action" marketing services such as Call Me NowTM and premium listing placement along with other powerful features such as Virtual AssistantTM, instant messaging, interactive mapping, dynamic audio content and other branding tools that help the business stand out.
In addition, Service Omni offers a proprietary online coupon management system called Omni BucksTM that provides real dollar discounts to consumers who use the services of any of the sites' member providers. Registered consumers receive free Omni BucksTM in their online account for signing up, rating service providers and referring friends. Business owners can automatically select and display the amount of Omni BucksTM a new customer can use to discount their services right on their web page.
The site is augmented with "fraud-proof" consumer ratings that are directly tied to an innovative "booking" mechanism that consumers use to contract with a local provider. Booking requests are stored in the providers personal dashboard and once services are completed, an auto form is sent to the customer to rate the business. Service Omni tracks online searches and key consumer/business interactions and provides key data that enables companies to "store" and accurately measure real consumer interests and tie those results directly to their online marketing efforts.
