Tobias Peggs, PhD, CEO
Tobias Peggs is CEO of OneRiot, the advertising network for the realtime social web. He previously held the position of President, responsible for strategy, sales, distribution and marketing. Prior to OneRiot, Tobias led strategic initiatives at Netdecisions IT Consulting. There he built and managed cross-functional teams in the US, UK and India, delivering high-impact solutions for both consumer web and enterprise software clients. Tobias holds a PhD in Search Algorithms from Cardiff University, UK. He also holds a First Class Hons Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Loughborough University.

Merle Waterman, CFO
Merle Waterman is CFO at OneRiot, the advertising network for the realtime social web. He is responsible for finance and administration, human resources and operations. Prior to OneRiot, Merle was CFO at Gold Systems, where he also directed all software development activities. Before joining Gold Systems, Merle was CFO at publicly traded Rogue Wave Software, and senior audit manager for KPMG.
During his career Merle has led international M&A, public company reporting, IPO and secondary stock offerings, international treasury management and debt and venture capital private financings. Merle attended Oregon State University where he graduated with honors, earning a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and Computer Science.

Ron Benson, PhD, VP Engineering
Ron Benson is VP of Engineering at OneRiot, the advertising network for the realtime social web. He is responsible for the technology behind the company's advertising platform, trending topics engine and realtime content matching capabilities. In 1996, Ron started Vocalpoint, which enabled voice access to the Internet from any phone, which sold to Telecom Italia in 2002. After Vocalpoint, Ron worked in Sr. programming and architect positions at several technology startups, as well as BEA Systems.
Ron has a PhD from the California Institute of Technology in Computational and Neural Systems.

Jayson Ayers, VP Sales
Jayson Ayers is VP of Sales at OneRiot, the advertising network for the realtime social web. Jayson has over 15 years of experience driving online advertising sales and business development efforts.
Before joining OneRiot, Jayson was VP of Sales and Marketing at StillSecure, a leading provider of commercial and open source network security solutions currently used by some of the world's largest enterprises. Prior to StillSecure Jayson was Sr. Director of Marketing at Xaffire, where he managed all media purchasing and direct response marketing. Jayson was also Founder and Managing Partner of Boulder Interactive, a premier provider of online advertising and interactive design services acquired by venture capital firm Fast Ideas. Prior to that, Jayson was part of the Worldprints.com founding team, which was among the world's top 100 most visited web sites when it was acquired by Excite@Home in April 2000. Jayson began his career as a Campaign Director for the full service marketing firm, Boulder Marketing Agency, managing accounts such as Brown-Foreman Beverages Worldwide, Case Logic, and JVC.
