- A study from Nature Portfolio, involving over 50,000 children in the United States, showed children who spend four or more hours a day in front of screens are much more likely to develop mental health problems, including being 61% more likely to get depression. The study also found that anxiety levels went up by 45%, behavioral problems went up by 24%, and ADHD cases went up by 21%
