What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?
Rewarding: Giving a raise to the team because we can afford it
Frustrating: When your date of launch are delayed
What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?
Lower your expectation regarding your products. When you know that the product is not as good as it should be but you try to get convinced it is enough, and launch it. You will have to make up for it later.
What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?
Be patient. Overnight success takes time
Try again, again, and again. That works.
Make always sure you have 6 months of cash
What were your three biggest decision failures?
- Being in a rush when it comes to product launch
- Trying to sell what I wanted to sell to a large group instead of what they actually needed
