I am currently a sales representative for tech startup Employee Wow, which offers a groundbreaking Ground-Level Feedback platform for enterprises to collect anonymous performance reviews of their customer-facing employees. By placing the software on iPads strategically placed around our clients' establishments, we make it easy for customers to rate employees with 1 to 5 stars, and leave a quick optional (and anonymous) comment. Employees can also leave feedback for each other, respond to customer comments, and/or leave anonymous feedback for management. Thus we provide a great way for management to hear about potential HR issues before they blow up and become more difficult to resolve.
Prior to starting at Employee Wow in February 2018, I worked for boutique wealth management firm Lowenberg Group, LLC. In that role I performed investment research for a variety of risk tolerances, designed life insurance policies to fit a wide range of needs, and helped with daily office support tasks. Our clientele consisted of high net worth individuals, small- to medium- sized enterprises, multi-generational families, trusts, and 501(c)3s.
I graduated from Georgetown University magna cum laude in 2016 with a BS in Foreign Service. While in school, I interned for the US Commerce Department at the Consulate in Sydney, Australia, studied abroad for a year in Santiago, Chile, and volunteered with children in Cambodia and Tanzania.
I was born and raised in Chicago, IL.
