What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

Frustrating is being surrounded by people who just know the word "No". But the rewarding thing is pushing through and showing them how to accomplish things that aren't impossible, just hard.

I grew up in the rural town of Irvine, CA, but few may know that I was actually born in Henry Ford Hospial in Detroit, MI. I went away to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo for school and graduated with a BS in Finance and Accounting with a minor in Econ. After working at one of the Big 5 accounting firms for 3 weeks, I quit and pursued my life long dream of temping at UCI, sometimes you have to wake up though… and eventually I stopped temping and began work as a full fledged Senior Financial Analyst.  Throughout my career (both professionally and scholastically) I have developed my passion for social media.
