Full bio

I am an IT and Telecommunications executive with a 15+ years international sales and new business development experience. I love helping companies discover and deliver growth.

Passionately curious, always learning, I have initially pursued an academic career, receiving a Diploma in Computer Science and a PhD in Software Engineering and Cryptography, both from the University of Saarland, Germany. I was awarded a 1 year Post–Doctoral Fellowship from the "Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique" in Bordeaux, France.

In 1999 I joined Ericsson and over a period of 13 years I successfully held senior positions internationally in sales, business development, business management, professional services and R&D. It is at Ericsson that I received my executive management education and experience, working for the success of customers such as leading mobile operators China Mobile and Vodafone Group. I subsequently worked for a short period at Acision (now Xura).

With assignments and residential periods in Germany, France, Sweden, China and the UK, I know that culturally respectful and ethical leaders can unleash tremendous potential. Through the breadth of exposure to different businesses, business models, and cultures I have acquired a distinctive blend of people, business, strategic and operational skills. I use this experience to mentor and coach new entrepreneurs, and help executives in growth-seeking businesses navigate uncertainty and accelerate sales at Neos Chronos, an advisory services firm I co-founded in 2013.

I enjoy developing people, and I am keen to engage with passionate, strong entrepreneurial teams with a clear idea, a captivating business proposition, and common-sense financial numbers. I know that enabling growth-seeking businesses to become successful, will contribute to people's happiness and society's advancement.
