Owen Stepp leads the pastoral team and supports staff at Claremont Presbyterian Church. He works with the elders and other leaders of the church to know and implement God's will for Clairmont. Before working as a pastor, Owen Stepp invested several years in the financial services industr y. God has used that background in the marketplace to shape Owen's leadership, preaching and pastoral care for God's household at Clairmont Presbyterian Church.
Owen Stepp grew up in West Palm Beach and got a degree from Wake Forest University where he secured his Bachelor of Arts in Religion. He proceeded his education at Princeton Theological Seminary where he was given his Master of Divinity. Owen has supported churches in Maryland, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Northern Ireland.
Owen Stepp and his wife Carolyn, a graduate of The University of Georgia, live in Atlanta. They have two young kids, Anna Kate and Charlie. In addition to being a fantastic mother, Carolyn works as a financial advisor for Cancer Treatment Centers of America in her home town of Newnan. Owen and Carolyn take pleasure in spending time with their children, being outside, entertaining loved ones in their home, and cheering for the Braves.
