I am a smart and talented manager with strong strategic thinking, market research, digital product development, and creative skills with a master's degree in New Media and Digital Marketing. I have extensive experience helping brands, such as Google and Chevrolet, optimize their marketing and products through a greater understanding of their customers. I specialize in not only helping brands understand what their customers are doing but also why they make these decisions, which allows companies to truly optimize their long-term customer relationships. I am an excellent problem solver who is highly detail oriented and knows how to ask the right questions and how to use creative thinking to find the best solutions. Plus, my proven ability to own successful projects that required working across functions and management levels and with clients and agencies while managing employees ensures I can contribute on many levels in fast-paced, energetic environments with high-end companies and clients. I recently completed my master's degree in New Media and Digital Marketing and graduated at the top of my class. I pursued this degree because of my strong passion for data-driven marketing and my desire to use my extensive experience in market research, digital product development, and content creation to help companies create great digital marketing and online products that support both business goals and customer needs. My Experience Market Research: I conducted and analyzed data from online surveys, focus groups, one-on-one interviews, and usability testing to explore consumer behavior and digital trends, test marketing copy and messaging, measure website and product effectiveness, and track customer sentiment (including NPS). Digital Product Development: I managed the development of websites, web applications, and interactive marketing tools. Content Creation: I developed and produced website content, research films, and PR videos.
