Experience:

*Project management from design specifications to systems requirements as developed through the  Preliminary Design Review, Critical Design Review, through Product Readiness Review for successful product launch Navy and Air Force programs.

*Wearable display systems utilizing Wave guide optical components based on switchable Bragg gratings.

*Optics system design, Visible, NIR, Hyperspectral, with Zemax Optics Studio and Oslo optical design tools.

*Poly-carbonate optical component design, manufacture, test and performance to MIL Specifications

 *Extensive experience with: lasers, free based optics system, spectrum analyzers, spectrometers, goniophotometers, Optical bench, Angular optical performance analysis, haze meter, Optic performance measurement systems.

*Experience with stereoscopic display systems, auto-stereoscopic display systems, stereoscopic image capture system design.

*Experience in diffractive media mass production, metalization and converting.
*Six-Sigma Green Belt training: recently acquired skill set applied to solving engineering problems and manufacturing efficiency.
