Always, Always, lack of funds to quickly drive initial ramp.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Researching market first. Is there a need, who are the competitors, etc

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

Learn to say No to prevent taking on too much and straining resources and bandwidth. Learn to delegate when possible. Most important, keep learning, ask questions of mentors, listen, don't let your ego get in the way and prevent you from continuous self growth.
