Frustrating: "Not having any guidelines."
Rewarding: "Not having any guidelines."
What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?
I can only comment on the mistakes I have made. Ranking right at the top, is not looking for a team earlier.
Having a team has various benefits!
1) Justifies the idea
2) People to brainstorm ideas with.
3) Forms commitment
4) Shares workload
5) Lends credibility
6) Brings different skillsets to the table
7) Widens network
Now imagine having none of the above.
What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?
I don't think I have anything new to bring to the table here. But here goes:
1) Get a team
2) Build fast, launch fast
3) Just do it.
