Sharon Sterling

Sharon has 30 years of demonstrated success in institutional real estate asset management, re-development, acquisition, disposition and sustainability. Previously at Grosvenor, Sharon was responsible for the re-development and re-positioning of a commercial and residential property portfolio that included luxury retail, Class A office and institutional quality multi-family properties. She also created a company-wide sustainability program that addressed training, policy and monitoring. Since 1985, she has worked with companies such as Arthur Andersen & Co, Heitman Limited, Archon Group, Invesco Realty Advisors and Alliance Residential Company, and will focus her searches in the Investment Management sector. Sharon graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics and business from UCLA and earned a master’s in business administration from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.
