Sebastian Hirsch

Originally from Germany, Sebastian is 31 years old and has lived in the U.K since 2007. Despite his relative youth, he has extensive training and experience in all aspects of catering, fine lodging, and butlering. After his course in hotel management, he completed a three-year apprenticeship in a five star hotel in Berlin. Subsequently, he moved to Zurich, Switzerland, where he worked for two years in its most exclusive hotel (a member of the Leading Hotels of the World^TM).

Keen to explore the world, he then worked as a Steward on the QE2 on an ‘round-the-world cruise and many transatlantic crossings. He also sailed on privately owned mega yachts as Steward in the Caribbean and Mediterranean.

After several years spent on cruise ships and yachts, Sebastian settled in London in February 2007. Since then, his principal work has been for an international investment firm as their first corporate Butler. His duties include control of the catering department and looking after the Executive Committee and their major clients.

Sebastian has also served individual clients and firms in London in their planning and execution of important family and business events
