What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

The thing is that you spend a lot of time, personal and working, from having the Idea, found the resourses and funding to develop it and finally create a final product.
So, you have to work hard everyday, focus on your project, achieving your goals step by step with your team and, after lots of work, you can say "it's done"and "I did it another time", that is the best reward.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

The No. 1 mistake is don't listen to others and believe that your idea is perfect as it is: listening to other points of view and having the humility to question it can only get better.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

The importance of team.
Always look one step ahead and never stop.
There is no crisis, you can find a completely new and different scenario from the previous one.
