Full bio

Sachin Chaudhry is the Founder and CEO of TrustCircle, a digital health startup that helps reduce preventable ER visits and readmissions by empowering patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers with mobile health solutions that improve communication, collaboration, and coordination of care.

Sachin is a social entrepreneur, a believer, and a caregiver who envisions improving healthcare with TrustCircle. On July 17th 2016-Sachin represented TrustCircle @The United Nations as an official delegate #novussummit - to support United Nations 17 goals for sustainable world #SDGs

Sachin's passion for making a difference stems from his personal adversity when his brilliant brother was diagnosed with a chronic health issue in 1994 and his family is still struggling to work with the broken and episodic healthcare system. Sachin, therefore, decided to change the status quo via TrustCircle. Sachin believes that building the right balance of social support post visit and medical support between visits will enable fast, quality healthcare for all those impacted by ANY chronic health issue.

Sachin also serves as an Advisory Board Member at Society of Rehabilitation for Mentally Challenged in India. Sachin began his career as a software developer and rose to the ranks of IT leader in technology startups and Fortune 500-ranked organizations. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, India and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
