If you're an entrepreneur or corporate innovator, why?

I want to change the world.

What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

As everywhere else, there are frustrating things, but the rewards is what matters. To me personally, very rewarding is that you actually own what you do. You truly believe in it, you spend time working on something and importantly you see the results, they are there and they are yours. It is very rewarding to see your idea become useful and popular when other people share their positive experience with you.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

Don't be afraid, don't hesitate - take the problem apart, do something and you will win. Be organized - working on your own is something very different from working in a structured office environment. Sometimes you need to dream - how will your idea change the way we do certain things?
