I want to invent something cool.

What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

Uncertainty frustrates me a lot and able to battle that and create something cool is worth all that frustration. When you impact someone's life with what you built is the ultimate reward.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Attempting to build their business around rocket science.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

The quality of perseverance. It helps in overcoming almost everything

First started coding when I was 16.
Worked for some of the Best companies in the world.
I was able to influence large teams to change the traditional methods of development and adopt something that saved them a few million dollars over the years.

Rupa  has extensive experience working in IT industry. She first started coding when she was 16.

She has worked with various Fortune 500 companies like Mercedes Benz, Marriott, HP, Tel labs, Citibank & Motorola . She has been an invaluable asset to the companies she worked for. She was able to influence the companies to change their development methodologies which eventually saved them a few million dollars over the years.

One great thing Rupa posses is that she is an excellent sales person which is a rare quality for a developer. She can, not only build cool stuff but can also get the customers to use them.


She has experience in analyzing the idea and transforming the idea into the product.

She knows how to cope with stress and deliver the product on time.  She knows how to make best out of worst situations.
