Mr. Rodgers is an accomplished executive with a strong and diverse background in mobile and Internet technology, marketing, social media, intellectual property and application development.  Prior to LoSo, Mr. Rodgers founded 360Media, Inc. in April of 2000.  In the past ten years, 360Media has grown into a successful business with clients including Primedia, ApartmentGuide.com, Philadelphia Eagles, InterContinental Hotels chain, Best Western Hotels, J&R Music and Computer World, Philadelphia Phillies, Superclubs Resorts, U.S. Navy, Restaurant.com and Hitachi. 

Mr. Rodgers first launched 3DTour.com in 2001 as the first national high-quality virtual tour company with a network of over 200 photographers worldwide.  3DTour has provided digital imaging for thousands of hotels, restaurants, apartments and businesses.  In 2003, Mr. Rodgers began development on one of the first online video sharing sites, LiveClip.  LiveClip was re-organized into a digital video production company and provided online video ad production and product videos for online retailers, corporate videos, online video ads, guided travel tours, Youtube viral videos and manufacturers. In 2010, Mr. Rodgers developed LoSo through his own private funds, angel investors and an early stage venture fund.

Mr. Rodgers was formerly an attorney at the Philadelphia law firm of Mesirov, Gelman, Jaffe, Cramer, and Jamieson, where he practiced in the area of corporate law with a focus on e-commerce, Internet, information technology, and international law.  Mr. Rodgers was admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey and formerly a member of the American Bar Association. Additionally, Mr. Rodgers worked at the international law firm of Puopolo, Sistilli, Geffers, and Luise, in Rome, Italy where he gained experience in international e-commerce and information technology. Mr. Rodgers has also worked as an Internet and e-commerce consultant advising clients on technology solutions and web marketing.  He has been a speaker at conferences worldwide on online video and social media marketing.  Mr. Rodgers holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism, Public Relations, and Advertising from Temple University and a Juris Doctor degree from the Temple University School of Law. He is the proud father of two daughters, an avid tennis player and enjoys traveling to his wife’s hometown of Dubrovnik, Croatia.
