What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

The ability too control your own destiny can be it's own challenge and greatest reward.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Failing to stay focused and trying to be all things to all people.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

You are never to smart to learn something new.
It never hurts to "sleep on it"
Bad things rarely happen if you keep your mouth shut.
