My career has been spent primarily in the fields of Information Technology, Supply Chain and Retail Operations. Ever since my first post-college job in Macy's Executive Training program I have built my career in Retail start-ups, Distribution, Procurement, Transportation and Logistics and in various IT roles with increasing responsibilities. Some may call this a flip-flop and say she is unfocused. I say it shows how well rounded I am and how I can easily speak to the business on behalf of IT and can then translate business needs into technical solutions without being too techy. I am a great mentor and coach in more than my work life and I get great satisfaction from helping others reach their personal and professional goals.
