What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

The most rewarding part of entrepreneurship and innovation is the sense of achievement. Every day we are doing things that have never been done before. The frustrating part is that there is never enough time to do it all.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs make?

I think the biggest mistake entrepreneurs make is to look at other successful startups and assume they should be doing the same thing. Entrepreneurship is all about doing things your own way and carving your own path.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

The people that surround you will build or break your business. Planning things too much can be as bad as not planning at all. Commit yourself fully from the beginning - there's no such thing as a part-time entrepreneur.
