What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

"Prioritizing goals" can be a tricky thing.
Prioritizing the wrong goals is a very common mistake young entrepreneurs make. (software \ strategic goals)

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1) Work hard, nothing really comes any closer to that
2) Rethink everything!
3) Simplicity is a gift. avoid complexity as much as possible.
4) When you present your idea - Try and find common ground for people, it will increase their understanding of your idea.
5) Stay focused, As most software projects, its very easy to develop a multitude of aspects in the product, each aspect can be developed infinitely , stay focused. it's recommended to define the requirements beforehand.
