If you're an entrepreneur or corporate innovator, why?

I don't want to live the same day over again.

My favorite startups:

Feather, Linegard, Slack, Wrike, MyFrontdoor.

What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

It's the same answer for both. The successes and failures fall on your head. You're responsible for the rewards and the frustration. Building a startup is an intimate thing, it's akin to a marriage. You have to put your heart and soul into the innovation. You can't do things half-assed. You better use your whole ass!

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Team creation is the biggest mistake a startup can make. Pick the right people to innovate with or die. Make sure you're not the smartest person in the room because if you are, then you better get ready to enjoy the sinking ship.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1. Don't Fear Uncertainty!
2. Hustle!
3. Seek Help!
