Taking on too much work; not properly delegating.
What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?
1. You will need more capital than you first anticipate.
2. Hire wisely. First for culture fit. Second for skill.
3. Delegate, Delegate, Delegate. Nothing worse than missing a milestone because you don't trust someone else to handle a job.
