I am a dedicated HR professional with a passion for acquiring, engaging, and mentoring young professionals as they enter the business world. I completed my undergraduate coursework at the University of Southern California where I graduated with honors in American Military History. After 5 years of business experience, I returned to graduate school and earned a Master of Science in Management and Leadership at Pepperdine University. As a business leader with Enterprise Holdings, Inc., I successfully journeyed through the Management Training program and have been a member of the Enterprise team for over seven years. Throughout my tenure with Enterprise, I have successfully managed several locations including the largest Enterprise location in the company. During my time with Enterprise, I have been successful in leveraging human resources through creative training methods to maximize retention, revenue, profitability, and growth opportunities. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and tearing up the road or trails on my bikes any chance I can get!
