I'm a Stanford-trained psychiatrist with over 20 years of clinical experience. I promote wellness through education, insight, behavioral change, as well as psychopharmacology. My combined expertise in behavioral health, academic research, coaching and digital health provide a unique perspective that can inform health care technologies that impact behavior, and optimize engagement and outcome in patients.
