Full bio

Michael Gachet is the CTO and also Co-Founder of beebump. As a senior highly experienced developer, he brings in 14 years of software development experience. Michael is a specialist in location based services and geographic information systems.

Prior to beebump Michael, worked at Repudo, a location based service start-up. He developed and launched the Weather Time Machine for iOS, Anne's Amsterdam for the Anne Frank Foundation and developed an iPad app used by UNESCO to help hydrogeologists find water in Africa.

Michael also worked at GustoMSC, where he managed a multidisciplinary team of 10 highly skilled engineers providing expert services both to internal projects and directly to external clients.

Michael owns a patent on method and systems for editing function curves in two dimensions. He owns two master degrees in Naval Architecture and Engineering and spends his free time taking care of his busy family, running, surfing and doing yoga.
