I'm Maria, the Social Marketing Manage at Vook. I joined Vook from my own Boston based company, Media Awaken, where I worked with nonprofits and startups to help them dive into the world of social media and use new technologies to connect with their customers. 

While I'm technically the social marketing manager at Vook, I like to think of myself as the community builder. I get to spend my days talking with people all across the net about the future of books and the publishing industry, new videos and ways to incorporate video to make content and messages even richer, and a whole host of other topics.
