Marta Grochowska

I’m a Doer and I believe in lifelong learning. So far I have designed apps, implemented banking branch processes, created services for different clients, mentored teams during startup events and facilitated workshops. In each and every of those cases I focused on creating outstanding experiences for the end user and creating solutions that matter. I often speak on the value of design and a design approach at conferences and meetups e.g. Polishshopa, Agile Warsaw, Geek Girls Carrots, Rzeczpospolita R&D Summit. Currently I work with various companies on design driven projects and facilitate service design workshops. I also run Engage Warsaw - organization focused on making public services more human centric. The rest of my time is taken up by an MBA programm in Service Innovation and Design in Helsinki, Finland that I plan to complete in December 2016.
