Frustrating: Things always take longer than you'd hope
Rewarding: In the end you get there. And that is awesome.
What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?
They first get too little outside feedback about their product and venture. And then when they do get feedback, they get overwhelmed and end up forgetting their initial vision.
What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?
1. First sell a lot of air. Then do a product
2. Have the team in the same room. Distance working doesn't work
3. Product development takes longer than you think
