Consultant (Balik Scientist Program) in the Department of Science and Technology of the Philippines- involved in the development, engineering, design/redesign of machinery, components and systems in the research and development projects of the Department. Noted projects: mass transit systems(automated guideway, hybrid road trains, hybrid railway trains), food processing equipment, packaging equipment, water hyacinth harvester, water filtration, weather buoys and agricultural machinery. 2011 to present in 2-3 month stints about 2-3 a year

Consultant to the Vice president for Manufacturing of the Universal Robina Corporation, a food manufacturing conglomerate.  Involved in the engineering, review/redesign of machinery for  production and operation requirements. July 2010-Jan 2012

 Head of Engineering, NorthWest Steel Company, Steel Mill Division(Reinforcing bar mill project-we dismantled the Birmingham Steel Mill in Seattle, shipped and built with modifications in the Phil) and Steel Fabrication Division (formed and welded steel poles & structural steel members).  Project Manager and Contractor for the Design, Fabrication, Installation and Testing of the Electrical/Electronic and Mechanical Systems of the Audio-Visual Equipment for 30 Agri-Vans of the Ministry of Agriculture.  March – September 1984.
