For 19+ years Luis Marquez has been recognized for expertise in the field of low voltage systems architecture, integration and installation. In the past 11 years, for his role employee development in the small business he founded, and for his leadership performance in the USAR 1999-2007. He is chiefly known for his mechanical experience coupled with low voltage subject matter expertise, his ability to integrate third party components on a large scale, create user interface, document for institution, and indoctrinate new users at the operator level.

 

Marquez is a founding member of the Star Harbor Space Flight Training Academy, a start-up company planning to offer astronaut training to the public. He also operates ReplayLocker, a wireless video instant replay system, revolutionizing team coaching and practice, providing critical insight to win games. The system includes portable hardware and software to be accessed via mobile devices.  

He has started, owned and operated four businesses. Of the four, he successfully sold two. Currently operating his fourth startup ReplayLocker  out of Santa Ana, CA., with manufacturing office in Hamilton, NJ.

 

He served eight years (1999-2007) in the United States Army and United States Army Reserve with the 306th Psychological Operations Company under Special Operations Command stationed in Los Alamitos Joint Forces Training Base (JFTB) California.

 

During his career Marquez received Installer Of The Year 1998, Lutron Installer Excellence Award, United States Army Conduct Medal, United States Army Commendation Medal.

 

He received specialized training in leadership and command from U.S. Army Training And Doctrine Command (TRADOC) for MOS 31P Microwave Systems Operator Maintainer, Basic Non-Commissioned Officer Training, Advanced Non-Commissioned Officer Training. His college education from Golden West College Huntington Beach CA. and Orange Coast College Costa Mesa CA.

 

Marquez holds trade certifications: California Contractors License for Low Voltage (C-7), URC Control System Programming Certification, NuVo Certified Installer,  Lutron RadioRA 2 Preferred System Provider Accreditation.

 

Marquez has completed relative coursework, performance training, and has 280+ jumps as a licensed canopy pilot and skydiver.
