I am an experienced valuation manager with 8 years of experience managing change in fast paced, constant evolving environments. Partnering with various heads of Finance and Corporate Development in a range of venture-backed companies to SEC registrants in technology and consumer products, I have led the design, planning, and execution of valuation projects that provide companies with compliance and assistance with internal planning which helps enable growth and decision making at the pace of business. Taking great pride in my interest in providing analyses that help decision-making, I believe successful companies must balance business and financial acumen with the need for compliance and decision making, whether that demand is related to the need for becoming an IPO candidate company, or maintaining compliance under the rules of the SEC.
