having too many ideas and not enough money to develop them.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

hesitation...whether it comes to making decisions, pivoting, features, service, product, sales, etc...hesitation will always prevent you from achieving your goals and turning your vision into reality. Act swiftly, decisively and deliberately, without hesitation.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

patience, self-motivation, and constantly refining and focusing your vision.

With over 20 Years experience in Sales, Marketing and Operations in the Automotive, Consumer Finance and Online Advertising Industries, Larry has worked for many large corporations, including Ford and GM, as well as one of the largest online marketplaces currently in operation. He has held many positions in both Management, Operations, Sales and Sales Management. He is 40 years old, left-handed, a Leo, and the father to 1 teenage son, Nicholas.
