What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

Frustrating: Gaining traction in the market
Rewarding: Gaining traction in the market

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Writing a business plan. As a friend of mine likes to say: "it's all speculation on hypotheticals." And no one ever funded, invested in, or worked for a startup after reading a business plan. See Guy Kawasaki's explanation on business plans and when to write one.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1. Everyone on your team must be equally committed with defined roles and responsibilities.
2. Get a MVP out the door as quickly as possible.
3. Don't waste time building a product or offering a service your customers don't want.
