Kevin Herring

Kevin Herring founded Ascent Management Consulting, a firm that creates innovation and performance breakthroughs for business units, teams, and individual leaders by transforming leadership practices, organization cultures, structures, and work processes. Ascent Management Consulting provides elite leadership programs to build high performance turnaround skills in executives and managers. Ascent also provides HR department transformational programs and consulting skills training to build high business impact HR units. Kevin held previous leadership roles at Unisource Energy/TEP, BHP, Magma Copper Company, and Baker Hughes. Kevin obtained experience consulting initially at the Yager-Nielsen Group. He has published well over 100 articles and consulted to dozens of organizations across North and South America.
