What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

Pros: You get to take your idea and build it out, learning what you need to, or applying what you've learned in the past. You are not limited to one role or one job function. If you have a diverse skill set, you can use and practice all of these skills and come closer to your full potential as an individual.

Cons: lots of uncertainty and A LOT of hard work. There is no clear path to success. You could easily do a lot of work, with little reward, or you could do a little work with a lot of reward. It's hard to know if the work you are doing will improve the bottom line for your company a lot or a little or any at all.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1. Learn to "work smarter not harder", as much as possible.
2. Learn as much as you can about as many relevant subjects as you can.
3. You can do anything you put your mind to, but you can't do it all at once by yourself. Learn how to find great talent to hire.
